Information we receive
We receive information you voluntarily submit, including your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, project requirements, indicative budget, and preferred timing. Server logs may record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and submission time for security and service operation.
How the enquiry form works
The form sends completed enquiries to info@patterntech.online through the website server. Required fields are validated, and anti-spam controls may reject suspicious or automated submissions. The form does not enrol you in an unrelated marketing list.
How and why we use information
Information is used to respond, assess project fit, arrange discovery, prepare proposals, manage agreed work, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
